About The Role
Lone-Star Roof Systems is looking for dependable, hard-working Commercial Roofing Crew Members to support our commercial division. In this role, you'll assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems on commercial and industrial buildings.

Responsibilities
- Install commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, and metal roofing
- Assist with tear-off, deck preparation, and installation of insulation and membrane systems
- Operate equipment safely including lifts, torches, kettles, and power tools
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company safety policies
- Maintain a clean, organized work site throughout the project
- Support the Crew Lead and Production Team to ensure jobs stay on schedule
Required
- Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops, both sloped and flat
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights on commercial structures
- Team player with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to pass drug tests, as well as criminal and motor vehicle background checks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Preferred
- Prior commercial roofing or construction experience
- OSHA 10 certification is a plus, but not required (training available)
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, modified bitumen, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits
- $15 - $28 per hour based on experience
- Eligible for overtime pay
